Anjali Mudra is roughly translated in English as Prayer symbol.
Anjali Mudra in Sanskrit is a combination of two words, Anjali which is referred to as “honor” or “benediction” whereas mudra is a “seal”.
The true purpose of applying this mudra is to show respect to the soul from the one who is applying to the one whom it is showing it to.
It’s physical body level focus is to form a circuit while sitting in a posture to create an easy blood flow throughout the whole body.

- Sit in a comfortable posture. Bring the hands together at the palms with fingers reaching upwards.
- Both the hands are pressing each other firmly and evenly.
- Ensure you place the hands at the heart level.
- Hold the position for 2-5 minutes to feel the energy flow.
